Lewistown is also known as Lewis town or Lewiston. Located in Logan County, Ohio, it was originally the site of a Shawnee settlement. Indian Lake was once known as the Lewistown Reservoir and is currently unincorporated. As of the most recent census, the population hovered just under 700 people.
