  • We don’t sell homes, WE LISTEN! Our goal is to match your needs and wants to homes that are available. We believe that homes sell themselves. We won’t ask you to buy a home that you don’t like.

  • We see ourselves as a “broker” of houses; we can provide access to any home on the market, regardless of the “exclusive” sign in the yard. Then can offer options and advice.
  • We believe in helping buyers with decisions. …not making them.
  • We will respect the price limits you set and not encourage you to “get in over your head.”
  • We want you to have whatever time you need to find the right home – We won’t rush you in the selection process. Once we find the right home, however, we will encourage you to act immediately. We don’t want you to lose out on the home of your dreams.
