HISTORY OF CHOICE PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE

Choice Properties Real Estate began in May of 1999 as a result of Dale and Teri Frymyer looking for a waterfront home at Indian Lake. During their search, they decided that Indian Lake would be a great location to start a new real estate company. Karen Frymyer, Dale's mother, was an established Realtor in the Lima area and the three of them established Choice Properties Real Estate with Karen as Broker and Diane (Teri) as a sales agent. They opened the office with two phones and two desks, going door to door, calling on "For Sale By Owners" and expired listings.

Choice Properties now has 20 plus well trained Realtors with hundreds of years of experience among them and with the ability to electronically execute all paperwork. Many of our agents have held local and state positions on real estate boards and committees and have been multi-million dollar producers.

In 2011, Teri Frymyer was named "Ohio Realtor of the Year". She was selected from more than 17,000 Ohio realtors. The Ohio Association of Realtors is the largest professional trade association in Ohio. She attended the National Association of Realtors convention that year in San Diego, California as the representative from Ohio. She holds many designations, has been on local and state real estate boards and has been very active in civic organizations.
